The worst experience ever what’s going on with your website but there’s something truly wrong because I always receive my packages soon I order from your website I don’t receive my package and you’re giving me the runaround I don’t have time for kid games im a grown [censored] woman with kids I don’t have the time for this back-and-forth if you don’t wanna deliver my package send me my refund or send me my package that’s it
I still haven’t received my package and we are almost in June scammers scammers scammers

I’ve purchased from them over a year or so ago!. And the product burnt my skin terrible!. And when I asked them about it they just kept saying it pose to burn!. It means its working!. So after awhile of trying to contact someone tab out the product!. They finally blocked me on instagram!.

I recently purchased the KO Elixir 3 cream bundle on the 6th of Aug it was delivered to my house on Aug 13th a week and a day later. Idk if someone else is scamming people out of money thinking that they're getting this product but I did receive mine.

This “company” has been using photos of people with actual weight loss to sell products that aren’t being delivered.

After purchasing, they block us from contacting them. There are celebrities from love And hip hop Atlanta advertising and endorsing this scam. This needs to stop.

I made a purchase from KO Elixir on May 28th and only received an Order number confirmation of my purchase. The payment was taken out of my account on the 5/29 so my order was paid for. With all the COVID-19 going on I expected a delay but it has been a month and I yet to receive any tracking information. I reached out the company via email and was told that my order was set to be sent to DHL and loaded in their tracking system. A week later still no tracking information. I reach out the the company via their instagram page and was told that I would need to send another payment to the their cashapp in order to get what I already paid for, meanwhile in the email response I received in bold letters it states that they do not use CASHAPP. I have called my bank to dispute this charge on my account.

Ko Elixir are scammers i paid for a surgeon bundle pack and i didn't receive it nor did they give my money back after going back and forth with them about my money they took it upon themselves to unfollow me on instagram so i didn't get anything not even the issue resolved because u can't reach anybody they have no real website not Customer service number my advise is to not spend yall money with these people

I ordered 175 dollars worth of product and I never received it. Not only that but they have not answered any of my emails or direct messages on Instagram. Their Instagram account is @ko_elixir and their website is koelixir.com they are scammers and they are scamming a lot of people.
