Multiple messages were left by "Tina" from Williams Peters and Associates on April 9th and 10th. The call came from two different phone numbers. "Immediate response required. This matter has been formally documented. Failure to respond may result in escalation, including skip tracing efforts within your country to locate (me) and resolve this issue. It is in (my) best interest to address this immediately."

They left a message that I need to call immediately and have been contacted several times by them about a debt that they are collecting. I have no debt in collection.

They call claiming they are Williams Peters and Associates collecting debt and threaten legal action. I have no debt in collection. They are very rude and try to use scare tactics to get money.

Tried to say I owed Capital One credit card with a balance of $3000. I just recently filed bankruptcy and all of Capital One credit cards were in good standing. I told her it was a lie and she hung up. The call was from Williams Peters and Associates at (855) 929-8067.

Got this voicemail from Williams Peters and Associates and saw that it is the exact same verbiage from someone who has also reported on here:

This is Tina calling from Williams Peters and Associates. We've made multiple attempts to reach you and require your immediate response. Today. Please contact us without delay. You may call directly at this number. Be advised, this matter has been formally documented. Failure to respond promptly may result in escalation. Including skip tracing efforts within your county to locate you and resolve this issue. It is in your best interest to address this immediately. Call me back as soon as possible.

Received several automated called stating this is Tina from Williams Peters and Associates about needing an immediate response. Requires immediate response to the number called from, (833) 611-5727. That the matter has been documented and failure will result in escalation and skip tracing efforts.
