Someone using the name Kaito Viola sent a letter Claiming to be a partner at Viola Roland LLP,Canada. The letter claims a policy holder had passed away and that a sum of $11,550,300.00 was left and that I could claim it and 10% would go to charity and 90% would be shared between us. Letter also states the claim requires a high level of confidentiality and may take up to 30 business days. email used was [email protected] or [email protected]. The Envelope was postmarked from Greensboro NC. Address on letter was 120 Adelaide St W suite 2500 Toronto, ON M5H ITI, Canada Phone number on letter 1 (647) 559 7709

Inheritance/advance fee scam: I received a letter purporting to be from a law firm in Toronto Canada, Viola Roland LLP, but posted from Greensboro NC, saying that someone with my last name died and that there was an unclaimed "permanent life insurance policy" of about $11.5M, and that I could partner with the lawyer to claim it and split the money.

Kaito Viola, of Viola Roland LLP, Canada, sent a letter stating that they represented a deceased individual with the same last name as the recipient of this letter (my husband). Since there were no claimants to the deceased's estate, this attorney is asking the addressee to serve as the heir. Ten percent of the estate would go to charity, and the remaining 90% would be split evenly between Kaito Viola and the addressee. The letter asks for the addressee's contact information.
