The last time this company asked me to translate from English to Spanish and subtitle three video courses which they sell on their website, the agreement was as the previous jobs, try to avoid grammar and typos and the translated and subtitled job done. But the problem started when, in the middle of me being working on the job, they change the agreement, saying first that if they find errors in the job done, they will remove $50.00 from the amount to be pay. Then in a Skype conversation with the person in charge of delivering me the work load, called Nazeer, he told me that if they find errors in the translated file, the will not pay me at all.

I told him that for me, that was not legit or ethical, since in the event that there were some errors in the job done, the legal thing to do is to send it back to me for me to fix the errors they might found.

But he said that no, that the new rule apply for the courses I was already translating, and if I wanted to be paid, I have to deliver a zero error job.

They are not even considering that I am charging them 0.02 cents per word, which is way too few of the normal average, also I was subtitling the videos and for the same price, and after me being working for those videos almost a moth, I delivered the two videos, and another moth passes and now they are telling me they will not pay me at all, for the job done, because they said that is a "pour job".

So they are not giving me the opportunity to fix the errors they, the will keep the translated and subtitled files for free. All my time invested and effort to deliver them the job, they are just ignoring it, and trying to "not to pay".

I am willing to fix whatever needs to be fix, but I believe I have the right to be paid the full amount.
