They advertise on sites like TikTok which is where I found them and say they're going to send you an item that's on a special sale. Then they never send you the item and after they say the item is "delivered" even though you never get it, they keep taking money monthly from you, like a subscription. They have been taking $40 from my credit card every month ever since I purchased the initial item being advertised on TikTok.

Pretending to work with Cinemark theater. Selling scream merchandise from the movie, popcorn buckets and cups. Took 45 dollars and then never saw the merchandise. Can't call the number for customer service; it said line down and to email. Once you email, no response.

Brought a product a buy one get one from Klystaa.com. Then a few days later charged me for a subscription I didn’t want. Then a month later charged me again and still haven’t received my product. Tried contacting them get an auto response and no further response then I tried email back

Scammer from KLYSTAA.com is posing to be an online retail shop. They have no means of cancelling their “membership” that they charge you $39 for as well.

Kept seeing an ad on tiktok for these super cute bug related cardigans from Klystaa.com. I decided I wanted to try and get some! They were running a promotion where you could get 2 for cheaper so I decided on that. I made my order on 2/17/26 for $48.34 and it’s now 3/9/26, I was getting suspicious so I decided to google if it was a scam and it appears to be. I’m very sad cause I was really excited for the items :( I was charged $48 for something i’ll never get and now i’m scared they’re going to sell my credit card information

Promoted through TikTok then went to the Klystaa.com website and made a purchase. They took debit info and took more money out of the account, totaling $120.
