I had bought an online activation code for Xbox but had to wait until my current one expired. So i paid for it and had it for my email account [email protected] and when I was able to use it I couldn’t because someone else used it. So I emailed the website and showed them evidence I couldn’t use it and the message back saying it was used by an different email and that it was valid and the will not give me my money back even though it was supposed to be for my email [email protected]. So I filed a report to PayPal and now doing a scammer report to you.

Scammers have what appeared to be a legitimate site with the offer of a Product Key for activating MS Office 2019 Pro Plus for $28. I purchased two of the products online through their website, www.kinguin.net, and they sent me a link to claim the keys back at their website (www.kinguin.net). I spent a total of $42.00 and tried to use the keys to activate the installation of the software and Microsoft confirmed for me both over the internet activation process and live on the phone through their activation by phone process that the keys (both - two different keys) were not valid keys. I was asked to send them screen shots which I did and each time they kept telling me i was installing the program wrong. I installed and uninstalled the program several times (at least a dozen times) trying every method recommended by Microsoft and the so-called scammers support team. I sent them several screen shots using both keys and even their recommended .iso download of the software and still they keys each time were invalid. I have been asking for a refund now for over a week now. They refuse to just issue a refund as I have asked for several times. I even contacted them via [email protected] and said that if a refund is not issued for the invalid products then I will have no choice but to seek other authorities to assist me in getting my money back. I am reporting this to other federal government agencies to investigate as well for any fraudulent activity.
