Purchase clothing on the website which stated in the ad 100% Money Back Guarantee. I received the item over 4 weeks later and it was made of cheap material and shipped from China. I contacted them to make a return and they said there are no returns and that they would give me 20% of my money back. I said no and they insisted that there were no returns and that I would have to pay shipping costs back to China with no guarantee of a refund.

I ordered a dress from Kiera Simone (https://www.kierasimone.com/) for $46.99 and never received it. I tried contacting them through their email [email protected] multiple times but got no response. It's been over a month and my order status still says 'processing'. I just want my money back or the dress I paid for. This is so frustrating.
