An electronic refund was supposedly issued on 9/21/20 but I never received it. Was told two months later that the company no longer issues electronic refunds and I would be issued a refund in the mail by 1/08/21. That check was never sent. Was informed that on 1/11/21 a check was issued five days prior and would be mailed to me within three days. That check was never sent. Request for a refund was made again on 3/04/21.

I ordered one product, vigoressentce naturals for $5.95. Then they automatically added on two other products I did not order and did not want, and charged my card $43.90 without my permission. This is absolute fraud and I want my money back.

Very similar to others, I made the mistake of buying the hype (enforced by the Shark Tank tv show and Dr. Oz ) which was totally false. I ordered 2 jars @ 29.99 each plus a free bottle. The package arrived with a 4th jar, labeled as Keto Clense plus shipping. Total was $196.87. Didn't open any jars but did some research and it was all a total scam. Followed the refund directions and the package was picked up 7/21/29. After 4 calls and 45 working days I will now proceed with other actions to get my refund.

i purchased the product off of an ad on facebook. i received my order which was delivered incomplete to the packing slip and as of today i have n=made 5 calls to them. i have not received the original product fully(was missing 2 bottles off the packing slip) then after additional calls to them was charged for another shipment of keto cleanse and keto fast . i called and told them i did not authorize the second shipment because i had not even recieived the first shipment correctly and as of today 8/28/2020 i have not received the first product fully nor have ii received the refunds as told by mark at the company , which stated tha the product would be expedited and the refund was made and would be in the bank by 8/27/ 2020 . after speaking with 2 different persons on 8/28/2020 i was told to contact the usps and find out where the product was and on the second call with lucas , i was told that i would not get a refund ...this is not the way a business should be run and i feel reipped off ...where do i go?

I made my purchase on July 6, 2020 for a total cost of $186.91. The following day I was informed by my oncologist that I had esophagael cancer and I obviously could not use this product. I called KetoFast immediately and they told me the product shipped. I was given two RMA numbers. The second number was to insure that I would receive my refund on my credit card (original form of payment). I placed both RMA numbers on the inside of the package (their original packaging) and purchased a new envelope to mail it back to: Keto Fast, P.O. Box 13009, Scottsdale, AZ 85267. I also placed the RMA numbers on the newly purchased envelope. The directions clearly stated if you write "Return to Sender" on the original envelope, you would NOT receive your refund. I insured the package and tracked the package. The package was received at the Fulfillment Center on August 6, 2020 at 3:40PM. I thought it seemed strange when I called to cancel the order and they said it shipped, but I didn;t receive it until the beginning of August. I have been calling every weekend to obtain the status of my refund. There are many stories. My credit card isn't working properly, so they cannot issue the refund to my card. They will send me an echeck and I might have that around September 12th. I received an email from Mr. Stanley Harrison who stated the echeck was sent to me on August 18th. Strange, I received an email from another customer service rep stating they are still working on my refund, but they pushed my account up to the front so it would be taken care of promptly. I lost my husband to cancer. Two years after he died, I was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lyphoma. I had 2 1/2 years of strong chemo which destroyed my aortic valve. I had an artificial aortic valve inserted in 2017. In July I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and just found out my non-hodgkins lymphoma is back. I pay $300 for co-pays for cancer medicine and Keto Fast has NEVER attempted to credit my account with $186.91. How can anyone hear this story or similar other stories and not be moved to issue our refunds? It is strange, everyone you speak to is Asian...I am not prejudice...but their names are John, Penny, Donna, Stanley...and the list goes on. I will try calling my bank, but I doubt they can credit my account without Keto Fast's authorization. I guess I might as well realize...the money blew out the window. Does anyone know who we could go to for help to try to obtain our refunds?

I'm in the exact same situation with the procedures as yours. After 44 days and 4 calls with no results I will be filing complaints with the FTC, BBB, AG of CA. and my credit card co.

Back on July 11th I ordered 5 bottles of Keto fast for over 150.00 the order said I would receive it by July 16. That came and went and now it is August 16th. I have emailed them several times and all it says is the USPS is waited for the product. A shipping label has been generated to send me a tracking number. I get no answers from them that are updated. Everything still reverts back to July 11. They have gave no reference to refunding my money even though I told them to refund my money if they couldn't send me the product I ordered. I believe at this point I have been scammed by these people.

In March 2020 i ordered this product, the offer was very clumsy, i didn't know that the price shown was for 1 bottle and was invoiced CAD$ 297.64 for 5 bottles; few seconds later i was invoiced another CAD$119.06 for additional 4 bottles. I immediately sent mail to them to cancelled this second invoice/order but they insisted that i opted for that additional 4 bottles for a discounted price and that the order is placed already and could not be stopped, they said people have been given attestation to the efficacy of the product and that my money would be refunded should i decide to return the products.
As it turned out the product didn't work for me because i was adding weight instead, after a long time they sent an 'RMA' and address to send the product back to them. They never acknowledge the receipt of the product but i tracked it delivered to the address given to me. I have sent several mails to them without response, the 2 mails i sent to them yesterday was not even delivered.
This people should be made to return our money and stopped from scamming innocent people.

I went online to but one bottle at $4.95 + shipping. The next page was an additional 4 bottles for $39.95 each added to my order and could not be taken off. So I got out of that page and tried again. Same thing. Then a new Keto Diet subscription was added to my order, which now I had 2 open orders! When I tried to get a summary page of what I was purchasing, the next page was a confirmation of what I purchased- a total of 2 orders- 10 bottles for a grand total of almost $400! Plus the $35.95 for the Keto Diet email. This was a Sunday afternoon and I immediately got online to their chat and tried to cancel which of course I couldn't since the order was already being shipped to get it to me in 3-5 business days. I could request a refund once I received the product and then sent back to them, which ended up being 2 weeks later! I called the company and requested a refund for all 10 bottles and got an RMA code for both orders and was told how to send them back. They also cancelled all of my subscriptions (which I didn't know they added). I shipped them all back the very next day and called the following week when the USPS told me the package was delivered. They said that the warehouse had to process and then it would take 20 days for the refund. I waited 20 days and then called again and they said that the warehouse didn't receive the package, that it was delivered to the wrong zip code and that I would have to contact the post office to have them redeliver it to the correct place. I contacted the post office and actually received a call from the Scottsdale post office who informed me that it was delivered to the correct address, that the particular building has actually 2 zip codes and they do indeed have the bottles. And that the company has done this numerous times and that I should continue to request my refund. That was last Friday (Aug 7). Talked to 2 different people that day and was told that my refund was being processed and it would take a couple of days. I called again today (Tues Aug 11) and was now told that they couldn't help me with my refund, that I am ineligible at this time to receive one because i violated the terms and conditions, but he couldn't tell me what terms and conditions I violated, even though I followed their directions when I called them. I am beyond frustrated and am so tired of playing their games. I have asked to talk to a supervisor and was told someone would get back to me in 48 hours (that was 2 weeks ago). I asked to speak to a manager and was told he would forward my request and someone would get back to me in 48 hours ( someone did call me when I was on the phone with their rep, but she did not leave a number and when i tried dialing back, it wouldn't go through). This is utterly ridiculous that we are having to deal with this during a pandemic. I have no money in my bank account because of this and tried to explain this to them but all they say is that they understand and be patient. I am done being patient and just want my money. I am out $400 and I just know that I will never see that money again. They are thieves and have no empathy for what anyone is going through right now. In my gut I knew I shouldn't have placed the order to begin with, but had no clue it would be this tough to get a refund. I work in customer service and am just appalled at the way this "company" treats people.

I am having the same issue as chumpbuster. Product quantity received that I did not order. Returned it and as of this date still have not received my refund minus $5 per bottle ($25). Each time I call, I get a different excuse, technical error, I will expedite the request, 14 days to process, and the latest one (yesterday), will send email confirmation of refund. This has been going on since June 1st. Nothing. I will continue to call 833-955-0079. Next, I will be submitting a fraud report.

I feel your pain as the exact same thing happened to me. After 45 days and 4 phone calls telling me my funds will be refunded, I will choose a number of actions: 1. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, 2. File with the BBB, 3. Contact the AG of CA. and 4. Contact my credit card company and see if they can issue a "Chargeback" order. Hopefully one of these actions will produce results.

8/6/20 - Order placed via Facebook ad for 2 pairs of Vionic Sandals on 7/11/20.
Email confirmation changed order to 3 pairs. Contacted immediately to please correct order. Heard nothing back. Confirmation order stated will ship within 1 day. My CC was billed immediately on 7/11/20 under PayPal- ninjabeauty for the amount of $62.89.(3 pairs of sandals).
Have tried repeatedly to call listed # of 202 738-4395- constantly “busy” no answer, no VM. This is a Chinese Co. shipping fr/ China. Have received no merchandise.
This obviously is a scam. I’ve been had- foolishly. So have many others.

I ordered 2 bottles of KetoFast and get one free at $39.99 per bottle.They didn't mention that the 39.99 is times 3 bottles. Then a screen appeared for a bottle KetoCleanse for $39.99 to enhance the KetoFast. The only button was "Order" so I just closed the window and it auto-ordered that as well. I called and complained and said I would send back the KetoCleanse.l Now I am billed monthly and cannot stop it! This company has multiple names in my checking report Each billing is from a different address and slightly different name: CHS Lotus Health Fit 12403 Central Av 855 669 3157; CHS Pure Health 261 Voorhees Av 833 482 0041; CHS Health Survival Kit 833 482 0151; CHS Health X Store 1199 Martin Av 855 858 6211. They have my bank card number and even though i cancelled all future business with them, they have billed me again this month. They vowed tey will stop all future billing but thats what they said when I cancelled 1 month ago.

Got ripped for $198,.00 didn't recieve product told postmaster I'm not accepting anything. They said if I didn't open it and get a # I couldn't get a refund. No product out the money total ripoff. Do not do business with this company. They wont give you any courtesy at all.

Unfortunately the Terms and Conditions are hidden inconspicuously at the bottom of the page before you sign up. This is a scam designed to suck as much money from you as possible before you realize you've been scammed. Read the other complaints, they are all true.

I made the mistake of falling for the Keto pill based on the claim it was discovered and endorsed by Shark Tank. ( it was not )
After I placed an order for the product and provided my credit card, it prompts you through a link of other product offers. You can’t get out of it without clicking through it (those clicks equal the purchase of other products). I have contacted the credit card fraud department and had the card closed. A waste of time and money and very annoying. Now I need to try to contact the customer service department of the scam company.

I had the almost exact same experience. The way this company operates is a scam. The offer claimed buy 3 @ $29.99 and get 2 free so I got sucked in by both the "All 5 investors of Shark Tank invested" and buy 3 get 5. First off, they want all your information before taking you to into the website to buy the product. Once there and choosing to buy 3 get 5 then clicking on "go to Check Out" thinking I'm going to my check-out window another window pops up with a related product with only one choice "Go to Checkout". So I clicked on it and a third product comes up with the same single choice "Go to Checkout" After clicking on go to Go to Checkout three times trying to get to the checkout window it just informs you your products are on the way with only a purchase confirmation number. At his point you realize the transaction is over and they are being totally deceptive as you have no idea what happened or how much money you just spent. I immediately went to my credit card and saw they had billed me 3 times ($149.95, $1.99 & & $34.98 (total $186.92)). The so-called buy 3 get 2 free (5 bottles) ends up being $149.95. Luckily, I took screen shots of all pages including the order # and customer service #. I called immediately and did get thru after about 5 minutes on hold and they gave some song and dance and claimed they couldn't change the orders they ended refunding a percentage of the original order to get back to the original advertised price $100, but I still have to return the $34.98 product with a $5.00 restocking fee and I pay postage. Total scam which means the product most likely does not work either as they must scam people up front for as much money as possible. One other thing is you are automatically set up on a subscription and must tell the operator to stop the subscription. Also note that most “review” sites when you google are made up sites with links to purchase the product. I assume they set up dozens of sites, I checked a few and they have phony names like (paraphrasing) drjoneshealthnews.com, healthnetwork.com etc. to suck you into thinking there is some kind of legitimate review, which is nothing but another lead-in site to prompt you get sold and click on the link taking you to the main site.

CHS premium keep charging my credit card for items I never ordered. Please stop sending me items and charging my card for items I never from you. I offered to try a free bottle and now they keep are charging me when I tried to call them the message is we cannot take any messages right due to mail box being full.

On 06/08/2020 i was on the internet and decided to order the buy 3 get 2 free. Went all the way to the end where it said place order and change my mind closed out. Than i saw where my credit card was charged and call them to cancel the order that i never ordered in the first place. Was told it was too late to cancel because the warehouse had the order already i would have to receive the pills and send them back with a RMA which i did. They received them back at 9:06am on 06/22/2020. I have call a lot since then and have not got the refund i have been told i would get back on my credit card 198.70. I am a senior and this country is letting Asians in to take money and keep it. They dont need jobs just the internet to rob us

what these people are complaining about is true This happened to me. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I urge those of you who have been scammed by these SHARKS to do the same. Shame on those sorry excuse for actors and actresses to be associated with this . SCAM! SCAM! I hope they choke on the money they got for endorsing this no customer service no contact bussiness

Actually if you investigate further or use snopes.com, you will discover they NEVER were on Shark Tank. The show knows nothing about and a Keto supplements. Any photos with that claim are of other contestants.

Purchased a special on ketofast supplements. Buy 3 get 5 bottles. Also a bottle of Keto cleanser. I was enrolled immediately with my credit card information with no agreement terms available until after I purchased. This agreement states there is no cancellation available after 30 days. I sent an email to cancel immediately but no response. I called to cancel the next day and was put on hold indefinitely. I sent additional emails requesting cancellation per their agreement terms, still no response. Since then I have paid the first charges of $200 for the order and have cancelled credit card payments to this company. They have now send additional 30 day product. I can't get this company to acknowledge me or my requests to cancel.

Our story is along the same lines as everyone else. I checked my bank statement and discovered that there was some unauthorized charges on my bank statement. I did manage to talk to some female that spoke broken English (Serenity Health Shop 833-364-0501) After trying to get an answer on why I was over charged, It became very clear that I've been scammed. I will need to contact my bank in the morning.
