I ordered the bhb pills and when I checked out they said I ordered 4 more different pills too and I tried to cancel within seconds and they said it was already being processed so they would give me 120 days to try them rather than 60 then If I still didn’t like them I could return what was left over and get 100% refund. No confirmation email was ever sent to me. The email on the bottle is fake and when you call the phone number on the bottle a recording answers and tells you to go to another email and that’s fake too.

I ordered some pills and when I went to check out they said I ordered more and I tried to cancel it within seconds and they said it was already being processed so they couldn’t stop it but they would extend my time period to try them from 60 days to 120 days and if I didn’t like them after that I could get a 100% refund. I have never received an email of any sort from them not even a confirmation email. I emailed them and it’s a fake email and I called them and a recording comes on saying that because if covid 19 I should go to another email which was fake too. I am out 149.99 . Please help thank you

THUGHT I WAS ORDERING FROM KETO 1 BOTTLE FOR $ 34.97. DIDN'T GET ANY EMAIL CONFERMATION, THEY WITHDREW $ 244.79 FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T ORDER. MY BANK READS AS FOLLOW'S

WITHDRAWAL BIOBLOCK ONLINE 8444060010 CA, 0166245969 FOR $ 34.97

I CONTACTED KETO BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE THE ONE'S, SO WHAT THE HELL I'M OUT OF $ 279.76 WANT MY MONEY BACK . THE FIRST TIME I CALLED THE FIRST NUMBER WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE I THEY HUNG UP, I'VE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES AFTER THAT AND IT WONT EVEN RING. I CAN'T AFFORD TO SHELL OUT THAT KINDA OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING I WOULDN'T SPEND THAT KINDA OF MONEY ON.

Very similar to the other reports also.
BEWARE - Scrolling to read -- automatically moves through to unwanted transaction - too late for you to change , opt out, delete or cancel
No facilities to cancel or opt out of purchase.
Only credit card payment available.. SHOULD HAVE BEEN A WARNING SIGN... they can use your information as they wish.
Attempted to finish to check information - behold - a pop up page offering "three additional products" I did not want them , just the five bottles bulk by offer page and costs , the page had no choices to opt out - decline or even a no thanks etc - it automatically generated an order which I could not cancel.-
Found that out when received email of "thank you for your order"!
Could not decline pop up offer- Could no deleted from cart - no cart appeared on screen -
Could not go through to "cart to check my order' like every other purchase I have done online over the last years... so very shonky.
The Transaction had gone through with no ability for me to question , check , cancel, decline, update - horrendous..
You have NO ability to stop or reverse the transaction - this has to be why they only have credit card option to pay , hoping people cant be bothered to go though the process.
Called my bank to try and stop it, surprised that the bank is not authorized to cancel such a purchase! If they do not offer paypal … do not order anything online!.

I sent email immediately, within 10 minutes, to cancel once I received a notice I had placed an order for $400! on my credit card.
They told me I could not cancel the order but it had a 120 day return guarantee. The website says differently in their T&Cs.
The items took 30 days to arrive... You have to either call customer services or email them to get the details on how to return the items... who knows how long that will take, then I have to pay postage to return the goods.. another cost to me.. and wait to try and get my refund - if at all!

Received 5 items and I only ordered 1, invoice had no info to contact them or the amount charged to my card. I would like my money back and I can't reach them, if you know a way to reach them please let me know, I am on a fixed income and can't afford this type of thing and I haven't lost an inch.

I had to go on the PC to get the information for above .l
This is purely and add site - very deceptive , not upfront transparent, scroll hover over sensitive, Lack of choice to decline, opt out or delete . NO check out cart for IPone application - transaction initiated automatically with no control for user.

I was doing my research on my IPhone, had to go through and initiate an order to get information on cost - product, tax, shipping etc I have done this many times while finding out the full costs of purchase, Always being able to CHOOSE to decline additional offers, cancel or delete the order - never have I had this automatic trigger happen
Add is not true to end purchase as previous persons comment
No T&Cs on the pages - not even contact information
No facilities to cancel or opt out of purchase.

Behold Transaction had gone through with no ability for me to question , check , cancel, decline, update - nudda..
Next thing got emails with two different transactions,
Went into my credit card - Credit card was immediately showing transactions “pending “
(Pending means the transaction has been approved - you have NO ability to stop or reverse the transaction - this has to be why they only have credit card option to pay , hoping people cant be bothered to go though the process.
BTW - bank are not authorized to cancel such a purchase.. have to now put in a dispute - good luck with that.
Sent emails by reply immediately to cancel - no response to cancellations
Sent email direct to- supposedly - support - as on email received
First response -( mostly just auto responder templates text ) asking why I wanted to cancel order
Followed by more auto responders with same messages just another name signing off
QUESTIONS NOT ANSWERED
NO REFUND TO DATE - NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED
EMAIL RESPONSE IN CODE , someone doesn’t now what they are doing ! - (no its not my email settings)
EXPREMELY POOR IN EVERY WAY - In this day and age this is despicable business practice.
I found their T&Cs - contradictory information - lot of threats and on top of that spam callers have started ...

My husband ordered five bottles for 40.00 each because after the rebate they offered the bottles would be 20.00 each. When we received the bottles there was no paperwork stating to expect our rebate which seemed odd to me. My husband called their number from the back of the bottle and was told that the rebate was for $50.00 not a 50% rebate. Big difference and I can promise it was one we would not have gone for as it was not a good enough deal. That is enough proof for me that we were scammed as now they are claiming a $50.00 rebate. What can we do to disprove that? They told us to check the website but we got the information from an ad not a website. Basically what was offered was a buy 4 get 1 free deal but there was nothing that stated that. Not sure what we will do but something feels hunny.

I have the exact suituation, and I hve not received any product yet. They keep saying all the above, then that it had been shipped but never was.
Thesae people are a scam. Beware I have lost my money, however I will contact the police and advise them also.

I ordered Keto BHB Fast supplements off an ad on facebook; which stated the product I was purchasing was $29.96 for 5 bottles of Keto BHB Fast supplements. At no point prior to placing the order was there a conformation page stating the exact cost I would be charged, so I continued placing the order with full belief that I would only be charged $29.96 as the total cost. Shortly after the order was placed with my debit card I received 2 different order confirmations in 2 seperate emails. One email confirmation stated that I had been charged $80.00 for the product that was stated as $29.96. The second email stated a cost of $199.95; which I hadn't even ordered. The email conformations shows the following:

This is misleading in their (goketofastbhb.com) ad, since the original ad states I would be receiving 5 bottles of Keto BHB Fast for $29.96.

As soon as I saw these charges I contacted their Customer Service line at 1-855-694-4278 to cancel the order, since the price of the product was supposed to be $29.96 not the total charges of $279.95. When I was connected to a customer service agent; Ervin, he refused to cancel my order or refund the total I was charged. I attempted to reason with Ervin, but he kept rambling on about how he didn't have the authority to handle a cancellation or refund. I then asked to speak to a higher authority, but Ervin refused me to speak to another customer service rep or manager. I then had my boyfriend talk with Ervin and he continued to just talk about how he didn't have authority to help me out. When my boyfriend threatened to call the police; Ervin hung up. Shortly after Ervin hanging up the phone on me I received two emails stating: Refund Order Notification.

I will be looking for the refunds on my debit card, since I don't have any trust in this company.

I bought the keto fast pills, that state that they contain Garcinia Combogia, which is a fat burning enzyme. When buying the pills, it cost me $4.99 for shipping because the claim was that they were free, just pay shipping. I took maybe 5 of the pills, and I have been sick ever since. On May 7th, I looked at my banking app so I could buy some things I needed, and $94.99 had been taken from my account from the same company as the keto fast pills came from. I called the customer service guy and he gave me the go around using his little script and everything and I finally got him to agree to give me my refund and cancel the “subscription” that I had no idea I signed up for. He told me to wait 2-5 business days for the refund to show up so I did. I’ve called 4 more times since then asking about where my money was and every time, I get the same go around and I can never get the manager on the phone because they are “engaged in a call” every time I call. I know they haven’t issued my refund, because they have not sent me an email they swear up and down they sent me, and it’s been well over the 2-5 days they said it would take. They cannot keep my money, because they are not sending me the product! This is absolute theft!

I ordered this product off face book on March 22,2019 no where on website of ordering stated I had 14 day free trail well on April 05,2019 they had charged my account of $94.44 I called they stated I agreed to it no refund! I have even fake ordered it still no agreement was found! I want to know if this company is a fraud! When I google Keto it’s not the pills I received so I want to know if I was scammed! Supervisor I spoke to even hung up on me...
