went to this website filled out all the info with my personal info and paid $134.97 and uploaded the papers i need for a passport and then i recieved a letter in the mail from the state saying that this company isn't affiliated with them and now I have to pay another $130.00 to get my passport they need to shut this down I emailed the email address and the email wouldn't go through. So mad right now

It was my fault to not looking for a .gov address, but I now have to pay another $130 for my passport renewal and wasted all my time giving PassportVisaRush.com all my personal information. This website should be shutdown because it looked government and asked for my parents information about citizenship. Due to all the government changes I thought this just might be the new requirements.

The website passportvisarush.com states that they will submit and assist with renewing your passport. The form was filled out and no questions were answered or guidance was given. Per the FAQ you pay fee and this is for the application, their fee and if any expedited fee is needed you would pay out of pocket. This is what was posted on the site when the forms had been filled out. They now claim they are only a site to help with guidance while filling out said forms. While no guidance is available at all or information given when reaching out to [email protected]. I lost $359.94.

I was trying to find how to renew my passport online and the site PassportVisaRush.com came up as the first link. I went on it and started to fill out forms as they had a seal which look like an official US Department of State government seal in the top left corner of the documents. After the application it asked for a payment and i deselected two options that brought my total to $99.99 and submitted the form as i thought i was paying for the fee of the passport. When i wanted to proceed i discovered that i still had the fee to pay and had paid $99 for the filling out of the application that is usually free on the official government site.

I performed a google search for “renewing a passport online” and this website, PassportVisaRush.com, came up. Seriously considering initiatin a clas action lawsuit against google for allowing a fraudulent website to appear in a top search.

Giving the site credibility. I did not receive an phishing email, i googled a simple question. Google has a responsibility to screen sites that com up in their search results as legitimate. This is outrageous!

do not use this site, its a scam. i used PassportVisaRush.com thinking i could get my daughters passport quicker and paid 108$. all they do is copy and paste your information provided on to same exact passport application you get free at post office. then proceeded to post office to be charged regular amount of 150$

Passportvisarush, from PassportVisaRush.com, impersonates the state department and is listed before the actual website when searching as a passport application then provides you with a copy of the application and charges you $99.00. I have no idea what they are doing with my personal information.

The website PassportVisaRush.com presents itself as a us government website that will process your passport and/or passport renewal process. It impersonates itself as an official us government website. It doe not provide any verification or service that ensures a correct application or that enhances the process. The service requests information from the applicant that is not relevant or necessary for passport renewal. Some information requested is used to complete a mail in form, but it takes longer to use the site, Passportvisarush.com longer than the actual process. I lost $99.99 to this scam.

This is not an official site for Passport expediting or anything of the sort. all they do is get your info. then send you an email where you can then go to a Dashboard where it tells you your info has been processed. I still have to pay the Gov application and fees of $165. so what are they even charging $109.98 for? . I found out after filling out all info. and seeing online that this is not legit. I sent the msg to them, as to wanting my info deleted but who knows what is done with it. this site should be wiped from the internet. it pops up as the first and looks legit when you search passport application online.
