Made a purchase via Coldwater Creek 3/17/26 for clearance items. Bank debit same day. Been waiting for items that per Anserx were delivered 4/8/26,. I received no delivery. Had reached out to "[email protected]" ; and the contact on the Coldwater site "[email protected]" , with no response from anyone. Filling formal complaint, Wish I would have seen this site prior to my purchase.

The online add said that Coldwater Creek was going to close all their stores and this was one of their warehouses with 90% off on all merchandise. The closing sale was for only two days left. The site had many items all under $10.00. The website and the closing sale looked very legit. After purchasing the items, I received an order number and was told I would get a verification soon in my e-mail with a tracking number and order number , which I never received. When I went to use my tracking and order number, I was told it was an invalid number. I then tried to call their number and was told their mailbox was full. I then looked up their address and saw it was an invalid number.

Coldwater Creek on Pintrest - going out of business - selling items. I bought many - never delivered. Paid for it. The tracking number said it was delivered, it wasn't.

Have emailed and called no response each time.
