I learned of this business marketing their products as “you only pay shipping” and getting quite a bit of “free makeup brushes” off of Instagram from influencer Gabbie Hanna. I sent the promo to several of my friends since it seemed like such a great deal. The money came out of my account within the day of my order and I received a confirmation email but it did not allow me to “track” my order due to an invalid order number. Months went by and I still have yet to receive my package. Kenza put out a public statement that they are extremely behind due to a higher volume of orders that expected. I was quoted that my package should arrive at the beginning of March 2019. That did not happen as here we are 15 days into April and no package or email stating my package has been delayed again. I emailed them on April 1st with no response back.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I made an order on October 14th,2018 for two sets of make up brushes as they were giving free however you had to pay for shipping, the total case to about $22. I received the confirmation however i did not receive any other update since. I emailed them two times about my order and i have yet to receive a response back regarding any detail about my order but the amount was taken out of my account with no profit sent to me. Can they be investigated

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company is claiming to be based in France and is selling obviously cheap makeup brushes for free with around $9 shipping and handling. It is being promoted by a number of social media influencers, one of which promoted it a month ago during which many people placed orders but have yet to receive said orders. They claim that they are worth around $70-$80, but they are just cheap, Chinese brush sets sold on AliExpress for around $2. Their terms and conditions contains information from a company that sells dvds, and was copied and pasted. Their company description was stolen from another brand as well, which can be traced back to Pixel Cosmetics. They have recently pushed back the dates for the orders and said that any sets purchased will now arrive after Christmas, for purchases that were made around a month ago, and there have been no shipping or confirmation emails.
