Type of a scam Debt Collections

A woman named Kathy or Cathy Marshall keeps calling from ph # 855-590-9953 ,leaving vmm on my home phone stating she is calling about a fraud complaint made against me and states my legal docket case # is 18649, said they wanted to get my recorded statement about the fraudulent complaint. Said I have 24 hours to call back or further legal action would be taken against me .she left the last 4 of my SS# on my voice mail. i have received no notifications via mail from this company or about this. When I called them back Friday evening , the phone rang multiple times before it rolled over to a voice mail. I only left the case #. I called back saturday 09/19/15 - phone rand multiple times and I left a vmm stating I was going to turn them in. I received a call today 09/21/15 on my home vm from same lady and from same phone # stating she was Kathy Marshall and same issue and I have 24 hrs to respond.
