I purchased a replica sword from this site. It was purchased on Dec 3, 2025. After months of automated emails from the company telling me that they were having issues with their logistics and not to worry my sword was on the way, I decided enough was enough and asked for a refund. They said my refund would be processed and take 5-7 business days. Then 2 weeks go by and ask for the status and they tell me it’s locked in their financial queue and was being processed. Now over a month since I initiated the refund they’re now telling me they can’t refund me because the item I bought was processed to still be shipped. I just want everyone to know what this so called company is doing to people and not to make the same mistake I did. I hope action can be taken for not only me, but others I’m sure this has happened to.

Ordered a sword 6 months ago and all I have got was fake emails and AI generated emails saying my sword is stuck in the delivery process.

I thought I was purchasing replica swords as a gift for my son. I purchased the swords in February from KatanaUS and when I saw the transaction on my credit card realized I had been scammed. The charge came under a different company called RealJuiceFrance. I looked up the company to discover it did not exist. I keep getting canned emails with lame excuses about delays for various reasons. After several weeks I emailed them requesting to cancel and get a refund and received another canned email about how I am too far into the process for that despite having other emails telling me about the supply chain delays. It’s been two months although I was promised a ten day shipping turnaround on the website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I saw a Facebook post from Katana US on Facebook on some katanas so on Dec. 7th & Dec. 9th, 2025 I ordered two katanas. Still haven’t received them. There is no contact phone number & the email you get automated responses. Told it was ready to ship than emails saying it’s still being forged, etc. Always a different story. They refuse to refund my money.
