I contacted Amazon's customer service to talk about an issue with a driver. The 888-280-4331 number listed was switched to the above number and I was suddenly part of a survey and $100 gift card offer. Unfortunately, I did give my name, address and they have my phone number as well. They also said that Amazon was having 'line trouble' and that I could not speak to a supervisor at that time. How did this happen?
