I didn't answer, it comes up as a possible scam, only listened to the voice mail they left. They stated my name, last 4 social security number, They say they're a processing agent for Kane and Goodman and go on to say to call another number 855 582 3270 to settle the debt mutually before they file in my county, they had the correct county, they say they will give me until tomorrow to contact the number given then it will be filed by the county clerk, etc.

They Sound totally Legit, THEY ARE NOT.

It's a **, IGNORE !!!

PLEASE ScamPulse.com OR POLICE, STOP THEM.

Called from 407-680-0083, said possible lawsuit if I dont pay. They said a summons would be sent to my address. They said my address and left call back of 855-582-3270, case # *******-FL. I have not received any letters and the website for Kane and Goodman was based in South Carolina. The email they use is [email protected].

Olivia Marrow from the Arizona state processing unit called stating I was being served for wage garnishment. Left a number for me to call back, (520) 525-2840, and the case was going to be handled via Kane and Goodman. I looked and saw others have reported this with the same name but different state used. They knew my address in AZ, USA so it sounded pretty legit but I never take the bait right away as I know how clever these things could be and there is no way my wages would be garnished as I am not behind on anything that could cause for this to be the case.

I received a phone call from a woman tell me I was being sued and my check was going to be garnished if I don't go to court. I was giving a case number and phone number to call. When I call a man answer and told me his client was Cashnet I have never heard of or used Cashnet before. He told me, well you can tell the judge in court.
