Purchase a Mother's Day special from this retailer. Seemed legit. Took two months to actually receive item, along with multiple follow ups. Finally received and wife didn't like, so I initiated return request. Reached out and they gave me return instructions. Followed instructions and returns to 6421 Lupine Ct. Newark, CA 94560. Have USPS receipt showing it was delivered, but never received refund and they haven't returned any emails since.

Many targeted post on Instagram. Takes you to a website justadora.com received a confirmation email and tracking number, but the tracking number is not valid and there are no updates on shipment. Also email them with no reply.

I ordered from them then the next day I got a notification my order was shipped but never showed and it was never an actual shipping confirmation

I ordered something via Instagram advertisement. I used the Shop app to pay and coordinate shipping. The tracking number I received was not associated with any major carrier. I’ve reached out to the company provided contact info multiple times with no response.

Instagram ads during Mother's Day week advertising comfortable pajamas for mom. Ordered through Instagram with Shop pay. Order confirmation # was generated and sent to my email from a seemingly legit shopify account. 3 days later received an email saying my order was "on the way" and provided a tracking number. The tracking number, however, is phony and doesn't match any legitimate shipping companies. When I go to the Adora website to track the order (which looks like a website someone threw up in 5 minutes), both by order number and tracking number, it says "order not found". I've emailed their "customer service" twice, with no response. They just took the money and ran. Total scam.

I purchased items from this website. Was sent tracking information and order confirmation. Attempted to reach out about status of order. No response. Called the number on the website and got a busy signal. Hoping my bank will refund me.

Made purchase online… they took money immediately, sent tracking and shipped email… no numbers track to anything and multiple attempts to contact ignored
