Just Bids app is a complete scam with fake pickup appointments
I won an item on a Sunday and had to pickup by Wednesday. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are all by appointment only, which there was no appointments available. So they steal your money and resell your item. I had zero opportunity to pickup my item because there were no appointments available. When I went to go pickup on Tuesday, I was told I needed an appointment and to call support. I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes only to get a voicemail, which I left, and wasn't returned.
They will steal your money, resell your stuff and then if you try to get a refund they only offer you a "store credit" which I will never use because I will never do business with them again!
