The website is fake. Claims to be from Palm Beach but ships directly from China. Photos of clothing and descriptions do not match the quality sent. Material similar to Halloween costumes. Returns are impossible as you are charged a restocking fee, shipping and customs charges.

This company needs reported as scammers. The clothing is junk. Claiming it’s on sale so no returns when they claim 30 days.

I ordered from this company online. Their website said “easy refund within 30 days” and “fast UPS shipping”. I tried to cancel immediately after ordering, I just had a bad vibe, and I was told that they cannot cancel now that “their very intricate shipping process has begun”. Then, instead of packing up in their “West Palm Beach shop that’s closing”, it came from China. When I tried to initiate the return, I was told “unfortunately we don’t offer refunds but can extend a 10% refund or 50% store credit”. So PLEASE do not buy from these scammers. The quality of the shoes looks like someone glued together some spare parts on the floor of the factory in India, Payless shoe factory.

They advertise as a company of three sisters in Palm Beach. The products they sell on JuneJoanJenny.com are trash; the shipping takes weeks because it's coming from China. When you email them at [email protected], they claim to have a global warehouse in China. There is no phone number, no physical address and no way to return the products without shipping them back to China. I put in 555-555-5555 as a phone number because the form wouldn't let me proceed without a phone number, which they do not have.

These women from JuneJoanJenny.com disguise themselves as having a store in Palm Beach Florida but there is no store and it is a front for purchasing fake and cheap products from China. They offer no refund/return for poor quality items disguised as high end Palm Beach items.
