My son ordered pair of pants June 14 2025. It now March 2026, and he has not received the item ordered. We have tried to contact them multiple times and they ignore and don't respond nor give any updates on the order detail. I have tried emailing multiple times and have now been blocked from their email list sent email with response notification and delivery notification. First emails got the notifications, the second set of emails have not. Website advertises 4-6 weeks for preorder orders to arrive. No numbers were found on website to call. At this point it feel my son was scammed and after i got involved this isn't the first time this has happened with this company. Please help. Thank you.
