I am requesting that my complaint be escalated to executive management.

I paid nearly $4,000 for my flooring project and have not received a confirmed installation date. Instead, I have been given repeated delays and inconsistent information. This has been very frustrating, especially after paying such a significant amount.

I am requesting a clear installation date immediately. If my project cannot be scheduled promptly, I want to discuss my options, including a refund.

Please have someone from executive management contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter.
