Placed an online order and never received a receipt or confirmation email. I asked for a confirmation email (because I was concerned it was a scam) and was never sent one, but assured my order was processed. Eventually the clothes arrived, but after comparing to the online order I realized the images online were AI, as the clothes looked nothing like the images online. When I emailed to ask for a refund they would only offer: 1) 30% off another product OR 2) 20% off and keep the clothes. The website says a full refund is possible but must be shipped back to Asia. That was not offered to me. They also have no physical address in Canada.
