Ordered a jacket and received confirmation email and shipping email. Nothing was delivered. Phone doesn’t work and no response received from follow up emails sent to the seller.

This merchant's customer service emails, like [email protected], return as not valid email addresses. This merchant and its tracking service have been reported as scams on the bbb.org. I can't get my money back from them directly bc they are not reachable. They send order received emails, but nothing is ever sent. I lost $85.00.
