On their website, Jujumini.com, they say that order processing takes 2-6 business days.

It had been 11 business days (15 calendar days total) since I placed the order and I had not received any update from them whatsoever.

When I emailed them at [email protected] requesting a refund, they sent me a fraudulent “tracking number” that was invalid instead with no mention or update regarding my refund request.
