I purchased a solar system back in late April/early May. I purchased the installation package for $3400 and was told it would be installed in 7 days. They sent a guy named Alan who was unable to complete the installation and charged me an additional $2100. He said that he was ordering brackets for the panels and we haven't heard back from him. Then another guy named Brent calls and tells me that Alan messed up and he can come out and fix the problem created by Alan for an additional $3000. I have invested $24000 in a solar system and paid for installation and I feel I'm being scammed. I have no operational system. We call and keep getting the runaround.

Please help!
