J&S Store sells xpandaHose on Amazon.com. The description online and in the package clearly state a lifetime warranty. When I emailed J&S Store about a warranty issue, they responded quickly asking for photos and an order number. I provided it to them the same day. Since then, they won't respond to multiple follow up requests.

When reading the one-star reviews on Amazon for this product, I'm not alone. The company either ghosts buyers or pretends to send replacement hoses that never actually arrive.
