Product advertised does not work as advertised. Was supposed to have a 60 day money back guarantee. Sent email to customer service and it bounced back undeliverable. Started calling the customer service number on packing slip. No matter what time you call, a recorded message says “you have called outside of normal business hours” and leave message…name, order #, phone number and email address and they will get back with you. They never get back with you.
