I was looking for new bathroom hooks and found Josh & Tate via Google search. Their website was nice and product appeared higher quality than ****** versions. They were pricey, but I wanted them to last. After ordering it was evident, they were no better quality. 1) Shipping took forever as they had to be shipped from China, 2) packaging was cheap and didn’t include any instructions, 3) overall quality was cheap. I’m now seeing the reviews were fake and Reddit posters also experiencing scam.

Then today I received an email for a $39 “mystery box” that was charged to my account. I did not authorize this purchase.

They have my credit card and billing information.
