Scammer stated their name was "Stephanie Cummings", with Joseph and Williams LLC. They stated a person's name (who isn't me) along with the last four of a (suspected) social. They mentioned they've been "to my house" but didn't state my address, and said I have "serious legal allegations" tied to a background investigation. They stated I could get these allegations waved if I called back and gave them information. They didn't specify what info.

Called me and verified my Social Security number stated that the loan was taken out in 2017 could not give me any information on the loan original origin. Stated I was going to be served legal papers today.. I talked to two separate people and they gave me different information. They also called from multiple different phone numbers. 888-720-6810, 866-286-1050, 844-872-8559. They even have a fake attorney office their number is +1 (910) 212-1454. The attorney office and the Joseph and Williams’s office gave me totally different information as far as balances and settlement amounts gave me my ex-boyfriend Social Security number asking if it was mine when Joseph and Williams gave me my correct Social Security number.. mind you the first person I talk to Joseph and Williams gave me my ex-boyfriend’s address and email. When I talk to the second person there, they said they didn’t have anything for my ex-boyfriend except for his email address..
