Taxes Rondon are based in Colombia and I and several coworkers made the taxes declaration with them in 2023 for the 2022 year. I had a J1 visa so they said I could apply for a student bonus of $1500 and an age bonus of $1000 because I had a J1, this was my first time filing taxes so I trusted them, and they said that for each bonus approved from the IRS I needed to pay them more. The bonuses were approved initially but a couple of months ago, the IRS contacted me and asked me to return that money because the only way to get the bonus is if I was studying in the USA, which was not the case and I had to pay back. When I asked for an explanation from taxes rondon they just told to ignore it and do not do anything, they did not take any responsibility. So what they are doing is scamming people and I was not the only one, they lie to its clients so they can make more money. Please investigate them, because even though they are in Colombia still they are authorize to file taxes in the United States as a tax company.
