The business advertised lush, full, colorful, and realistic Hydrangeas. The product I received looked completely different from the pictures and was very poor quality. The website advertised that returns were possible but when I asked to return the item the company refused to refund my money even if I sent back the product. The website lists an American address, but I don’t think the company is based in America after emailing with their customer service. I paid $50 for really poor quality fake flowers.
