This telehealth company appeared fine at first. On my second order they only shipped about 1/3 of what was due. When I realized it wasn't the right amount I reached out, and they said they would ship the remaining amount. Since then, I have called and emailed daily, and nobody will answer. I have not received the rest of my shipment. I am unable to cancel my subscription online, so I'm worried it's going to charge my card again in a couple weeks.

GLP1 Company, joinsprouthealth.com. Claim to send weight loss medication but the pharmacy they use is in a totally different state, they send in one week dose instead of 4 weeks doses as payed for by consumer, costing me $250. There is no button on the website to cancel your subscription and they never answer the phone for questions. I tried emailing [email protected]. Total scam.
