SECURE FENCE IS THE NAME HE USES. HIS NAME IS JOE LETZIG. HE CONTACTS AND CALLS AND TEXT DISCUSS THE AMOUNT AND THE WORK. HE MEETS UP WITH YOU KEEPS CONTACT WITH YOU UNTIL HE GET THE MONEY AND THEN STARTS THE WORK FOR 1 DAY THEN NEVER COMES BACK NEVER FINISHES NEVER KEEPS HIS PROMISES. ALWAYS MAKES EXCUSES COMMUNICATION IS REALLY BAD WITH HIM HE NEVER RETURNS YOUR CALL AND NEVER SHOWS UP. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH HIM AND MY FENCE SINCE APRIL. I AM SO HURT AND ANGRY. I DONT HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY. PLEASE DONT TALK TO THIS MAN. GOD BLESS.
