Jobesh solutions corp billed the Health Insurance Co. for services in the amount of 7635.50. I did not request or have any services provided. Insurance Co denied the claim only because I was no longer insured by them, I had switched Insurance a year prior.

United Healthcare received from Jobesh Solutions Corp two separate claims Sept and October ($7,625) and ($8,233) medical supplies urinary catheter. I reported the claims as fraudulent but the claims included personal info such as MD and other ID info. It was initially reported as fraud in Sept but apparently no action was taken since United Healthcare accepted the second claim in Oct and hundreds of others have reported same activity and same company including on Reddit. Why and how are fraudulent companies able to submit known fraud claims?

The NPI number given to DME company is 1962321976. President is Besik Jioshvili. It also has a tax ID and located Wilmington Delaware. Very very easy to Google and I suggest United Healthcare have a dedicated Google person to save fraud money and lower our out-of-pocket costs... Or ask the credit card companies for advice on fraud prevention. The claims were not paid out but only because they were not in network.
