Dell BA scam to get you to pay for Six Sigma Certification

Same exact scenario except called saying hiring a BA for Dell and name given as Javin Silva [email protected]

They said they are hiring 5 people and I was their best looking candidate, but said need a six sigma certification, but then yelled when I said I was getting form a reputable The Council for Six Sigma Certification. Then they said dell needed from reputable place and 2 links provided were

The ASQ is reputable but more expensive and in person, so obviously want people to pay for online training. This scam is very manipulative and tries to downplay where I get test from and when I confronted him that this sounds like a scam he said "get from elsewhere then, but we can't guarantee Dell will accept it"

A recruiter from “Capital Staffing Services” called me with a job offer with Dell, saying that in order to qualify for an interview, I needed to enroll in the CSM training immediately. The job offer he sent over noted that a “Scrum Certificate is mandatory (in process is acceptable)"; and enrolling in the training was the only way to demonstrate that it was “in-process”. I initially registered with Scrum Alliance, but the recruiter said that I needed to register through one of two vendors endorsed by Dell, and provided two links:

I registered for the online course, and received confirmation of payment, but no way to choose the session date that I wanted. I engaged the chat feature on the site, but no answer. Afterward, I checked Reddit and found that a another company was running this same scam a few years back:
