s gong on , you said and advertised that everything worked"? The owner said "he thought it did". He said " I will take care of it". I asked for my money back, he said "he didn't have it and used it to buy other vehicles". I said "get it from the bank, like I did". I said "meet me at the bank at 9:30 am and you'd better be there", he never showed up. He also attempted to pressure me for additional money, which I refused to give him. He never paid the initial mechanic bill of $385.00, and tried to get back the truck from the repair shop while I was out of town saying "he owned the truck". The truck was taken to my dealer and I've been told that it needs over $17,000.00 in repairs. He is a scammer, lier and crook! I've been told that he and his family are known to state agencies, dealer assn, who have received complaints about him and his company also; and law enforcement for previous actions in OR. He tried to sell the truck again on Craig's List, which I flagged on Craig's List. He never gave me, nor turned in the title transfer to the state of our purchase. (the alleged scam is to sell the truck to another person, keep the sales tax and not report it. He is under investigation by the state of WA and Atty General's Office I have been told. I am forced to pay the repairs, which I do not have the money for, as he has not contacted and avoided me. My business has had to temporarily close, losing money and customers, because I have no reefer truck to use to purchase wholesale fruit and produce from E Wash growers and sell to the public in W Wash. This is theft, fraud, and Breach of Contract by Johathan Steve and J&J RV and auto Sales. This has been a severe hardship, loss of sleep and financial income, emotionally and mentally stressful on me. It has likely forced closure of my company after 4 years of hard work and long hours. I trusted him, shook his hand, and believed what he told me and what I seen in the ad. He said he was a Christian, wanted me to meet his sister, eat Easter dinner with him. A really a smooth operator seemingly having done this repeatedly. I feel used, take advantage of, lied to, and victimized. This person should be held accountable, in jail, be forced to fully repay me for my huge losses, time and suffering; and liens be placed on his property, bank accounts, company assets, vehicles, home, etc and his company immediately closed; they he/they should lose their dealers license, property bond and bared from further business in Washington State.
