Jinzhou Hengchuan Network Technology Co. Ltd. Reports & Reviews (91)

I ordered a jacket for £29 99 from yoursrose via facebook in August. I paid with PayPal, then I realised the money was going to JINZHOU NETWORK in China. I received nothing from this company other than a thank you for the order. Between then and October I emailed the company three times asking for either the jacket or my money back. I heard nothing. I asked PayPal to help me, and I then heard from JINZHOU, they were upgrading their tracking system and would get back to me when they had a number. Again I heard nothing, 6th November PayPal said they would look into the problem but on 13th PayPal said JINZHOU had given them proof the jacket had been delivered. PayPal have not got back to me with a copy of this 'proof'. I have NOT received the jacket or my money from this company and neither have many others if PayPals own website (community) is to be believed. 369 complaints about JINZHOU alone. Is PayPal as bad as JINZHOU?

JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED Is taking order and is supported by PayPal. They have numerous complaints sent to PayPal about them and PayPal doesn’t seem to care and denies claims filed about them. They took $45 from me and sent the wrong tracking number to me and PayPal. They admitted to this in an email to me they I showed PayPal. Since PayPal was sent a tracking number for a different package for someone else that was delivered they are denying me a refund. PayPal is supporting JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED scamming by doing business with them even though they have had numerous reports similar to mine.

Same [censored]. I wish I new thier physical address. I would pay them a visit that they would remember.

I ordered a pair of boots, like everyone I received a tracking number, and it eventually said delivered, but not to me! Had anyone been able to get their money back, if so how? I raised it in the Resolution Centre with Paypal, the company just sent them the tracking number that showed item had been delivered. PayPal should remove them, low life [censored].

This has been going on for months. First, they sent the package to the wrong address. I contacted the USPS using the tracking number and found out where the package had been sent. Forwarded this info on to this company. Next, they admitted they sent it to wrong address and would resend. That was 2 and 1/2 months ago. Now every time I contact them, they have no idea if it has been shipped and if it has been shipped, they have no idea what the new tracking number is. This company is a fraud and/or a scam and Paypal shouldn't work with them.

I was scrolling facebook and this video popped up of a projector and a screen that you set up outdoor. super neat. i went to the link above the video and it took me to the website where i could purchase this item.. i went ahead and purchased. $111.53 later and weeks of waiting and tracking the product. it finally says it was delivered. checked my house and nothing. called the united states postal services and they said it got delivered but not to my address. they also informed me after i gave them the tracking number that it was never addressed to me and that the package only weighed 7 ounces!! thats it! there is no way that a projector and screen weighs that much. They advised me to dispute this charge on my card with my bank and call paypal to get my money back!

also when my mom googled the company she was able to read that paypal is aware of this company being a scammer to many and yet they still continue to do business with them. i have emailed the customer support email for the company and they say oh it was sent to the wrong address and that the resent it. but with no tracking number. super frustrating and disappointing.

I purchased a jacket on Aug. 31, 2020. $50.56. I have never received it. Now, I am fighting to get my money back. Filed a claim through Paypal. DO NOT TRUST JINZHOU!

I placed an order for an artifical plant, not realizing it was coming from China. It took forever but I finally got a tracking number and a month later I received an email saying it had been delivered. It had not been delivered to my home, although the tracking number showed it was delivered to a different zip code. I filed an inquiry with the PO who said the PO had delivered it to the address as addresses, I then filed an inquiry with PayPal who told me it was delivered per the PO. There is no way to contact Jhizhou Network so it looks like I’m out not only my money but the product as well. What a rip off.

Ordered some shoes from an online company through FaceBook called 'DuckBow' and paid through PayPal...Nothing! I used their support email but all I get is: 'We're not in the office right now' Or an apology blaming the courier company. The online shop ' DuckBow' is no longer online...Will dispute it through PayPal and hopefully get a refund.

I purchased what I saw on Instagram, Expandable Faux screen 2 on sale of $9.99 each was charged $23.. after waiting a month to get my package. I get 2 square Ivy Sheets , nothing expands and is not what the picture showed or what I ordered for $'m so upset,. I've been so excited waiting on my expandable screens and receive 2 cheap piece of crap items i cant use. I will decline the charges on my discover. I cant believe they are allowed to do this and get away with it. So disappointed.

But who listens? We can report, report, does it matter? I've seen so many, repeated on PayPal's Community Help, any new complaint marked as 'solved' so quickly you'd think it didn't exist! And the solution? Simply 'buyer beware', they say! I've fought PayPal with kind words, then aired my dissatisfaction fully on their community platform, but what did it achieve, really? Same scenario, ordered 2 silicone toilet brushes from a Facebook JourneyKip sponsored Advert, looked great, not cheap but...was in $US, but I thought could be from USA, OR elsewhere, didn't suspect until I got the PayPal receipt with Jinzhou on, so googled that name..& wow, so many complaints! Asked PayPal for a reversal, within 10mins AFTER ORDERING (SO $ INSTANTLY GONE!), but they denied it..then emailed the seller/scammer asking for a reversal/refund & they said sorry you're unhappy with PRODUCT, send images! Ha! Then they came up as Firstrate on my credit card, & I was taken down that familiar path to no joy, going through dead end PAYPAL processes, with dispute end dates etc...eventually, other names came up (They kept changing their name) Persie Holdings, Lytham, LetsGoFly - It's ENDLESS!..Seller name
on my credit card came up as Firstrate..alarm bells ringing in my head didn't help..
So angry for those unable to keep going with complaints - this takes ENDURANCE...FACEBOOK & PAYPAL ARE OBVIOUSLY FACILITATING THIS HOAX! End dates came & went, then the [censored] sent a false tracking number (Obviously, a stolen AustPost one, as it related to another recipient from my area, from an Australian sender)..The PO Mgr gave me written (printed) proof of nonreceipt & told me he heard of a Russian website that sold stolen tracking numbers
Up until then, I'd only typed in complaints, so yesterday I CALLED PAYPAL AUSTRALIA, three times, in over 2 hours, spoke to 3 Asian voices, (the second one went away & left me on hold for 15 mins so I hung up & recalled)..I WAS ON A MISSION...the third one, after telling him I'd provided PROOF, TWICE, last one that day by email, asked again if I'd sent in proof, & how...
I HELD MY ANGER JUST ENOUGH TO ANSWER & HE THEN SAID HE'D PROCESS A REFUND, (I think I visibly slumped, exhausted) BUT he WOULDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT WAS DUE TO A SCAM! AFTER 2 MONTHS OF ARGUMENT, I now HAVE AN EMAIL FROM PAYPAL THAT A REFUND IS COMING..IT WENT WAY PAST MY $61.42 AUS...THIS IS CRIME!
So, YES, I believe both FACEBOOK & PAYPAL ARE AWARE, BY FACILITATING & RAKING IN THEIR SHARE OF THESE SCAMS, FROM UNWITTING PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD..
DON'T GIVE UP, CONTACT YOUR COUNTRY'S FRAUD DEPT TOO! THEY MUST NOT WIN!

Yours is the lengthiest and most insightful statement about this organisation I've yet to find. I bought an item via FB - c. $38 US dollars. It was an impulse and the final time I buy anything advertised by FB. The stories complainants tell are of a. not receiving goods; b. receiving goods nothing like advertised and c. pressuring Jinzhou to send the correct goods. In the latter case this means sending goods to China - whereas the goods appear to be sent from locations within the country of purchase. So prohibitive return charges and the prospect of waiting a lengthy time for goods which (probably) won't appear or won't be as ordered. Your comment about the theft of tracking numbers rings very true. I had supposed, with incredulity, that Jinzhou had created a bogus tracking website and were creating package itineraries based on real distribution depots (all the locations on my tracking info. were real). However my Royal Mail (UK) response letter told me "I’ve checked our tracking record and it appears the address on the item doesn’t match the one you provided in your email. This means the senders have wrongly addressed the item, or provided you with the wrong reference number." He states "our tracking record" which means...what, exactly? That RM have checked a record of a package/parcel bearing the tracking reference I gave them which I received from'17Track' but which was misaddressed. That wouldn't happen with a kosher firm - they'd do a direct print using my PP address. On the itinerary it stated that the postie had attempted to deliver my item, hadn't received an answer, returned it to the collections office and it had been picked up the next day - three weeks before I decided to check on its whereabouts! I'm not Sherlock Homes so I'm trying to figure how a stolen tracking number could be used to commit a fraud like the one I've been duped by. The RM won't divulge details because of the Data Protection Act. I suspect they might know what's going on but can't be arsed to figure the detail out. I paid from my credit card via PP. I explained this lengthy tale to a call centre operative who's going to send me a form to fill out to facilitate a CC refund. Had I paid directly from a PP balance it appears I'd have been up [censored]-creek.
But it shouldn't be being facilitated by PP or FB - they should be on it like a shot. But they're making money out of being accessories to a known fraud. Profit is all - US companies ethos. Hope this alleviates some of the frustration. best wishes - Chris.
PS There used to be a punishment called the 'stocks' where ne'r-do-wells had their arms and legs locked up and rotten fruit and veg could be thrown their way. These guys behind Jinzhou deserve that and a jail term.

Ps, PAYPAL community HELP is also a scam..you air your concerns, vent, discuss, (& strangely, even earn kudos ????), so it's only function is to find out that SOME people who've been scammed might complain, so they allow them to discuss, discuss (all in a safe, go nowhere forum, so PayPal don't get annoyed by ACTUAL phonecalls) until, supposedly, your anger subsides and you go away, beaten?
Not this little BLACK DUCK! and that's not a racial slur, just a benign saying..
THEY TOOK YOUR MONEY, so ANNOY THEM until they give it back!
DONT GIVE IN!

On 10/4/20 I ordered this beautiful ring that was angel wings in the shape of a heart to replace my wedding ring set. I got an email on 10/14/20 saying my ring had been shipped. So now I'm trying to see where my ring is and I find out all this. My heart is truly broken now.

Biggest ripoff ever. Not what’s advertised and no return address.

I ordered the unbreakable case for my Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra. They took 30.00 from me, I've yet to get it.

I ordered it for iPhone 7plus. I got my tracking number a month after I ordered and by the time I got the tracking number USPS says it was already delivered which it was not. I emailed their "supposed" email address and now the website says it is no longer available.

I ordered a cardigan from them through Facebook and paid through PayPal in July. At the beginning of September I complained I had not received it and they sent me a tracking number for a parcel that was apparently delivered 3 weeks before I actually ordered it and in the USA when I live in the UK! Since then I have raised a dispute with them through PayPal but am getting nowhere! They now claim to have delivered it by Hermes in August which is not true. Don't buy from them they are scam artists.

I have ordered the 150" screen and projector and nothing. Fake DHL tracking number. No one to help or respond. Paypal says it cant help and the chinese are ripping us off!

Very bad experience; yet to get an item.. purchased July 22. Australia post said the postage was underpaid and the item has been sitting in clearance in Sydney. Company response very poor. Despite sending them the communication from Australia post; they stated " check with your neighbour". Very very disappointed

I ordered a magnifying camera lens that you can hook to your cell phone back in August. they received payment from my paypal account in August but I never got the lens. It is still being advertised on Facebook but I never got mine. I guess lesson learned never order stuff off of facebook. I'm now out $49.99 plus $6.99 shipping.

I ordered a saw and their tracking says it was delivered to New York. I live in Indiana. Have tried to contact them and their email times out. Ri o off company and pay pal does nothing.
