Purchased Bubble Balls on June1st 2020 order #*****. Used 2 emails when confirming purchase . the name Carryon and email [email protected].

Never received the product and the online order misleads you that you will receive it in a timely fashion(reviews). also you have no idea you are ordering from China. the tracking number they give you says it is stuck in china and never shows it coming to the US. This is a summer item and it is now Sept 4th and i have still not received it. when you email them which is all you can do they just say it is coming.

Please warn other people to stay away from facebook online items for sale. it is a scam. thank you.

I realized this outfit was phony when I got my receipt from their partners, PayPal. I immediately contacted PayPal, which does have not any customer now.
I'm screwed and I know it. I sent 5 emails to all their addresses within 20 minutes of seeing who they were...no replies.
Plus this the first time I've used PayPal since it took them 6 months to settle a dispute from a similar company. I will never use them again NEVER.

BUYER BEWARE: I ordered two jigsaw puzzles through Brasspro.shop using my paypal account and the receipt said payment was sent to Jinzhou Network Technology Co., Ltd. What I received from them was two identical puzzles of an outer space scene instead of my two Wysocki Cats. I followed the rules and contacted the company only to be told they do not reship and will refund me 20 percent of my order. I objected, and was then told I could return the wrong puzzles but they wouldn't pay for the shipping which would cost me about $20 or I could accept their maximum amount of refund of $14 and call it a day. What a scam. If they do refund $14 back to my card I'm still out $32 and stuck with two puzzles I don't want. Do not do business with either Brasspro.shop or Jinzhou Tech. I guess I should be grateful they didn't send me a pack of pencils and say "Oh sorry, we don't reship". BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered a callus remover from them via Facebook. It didn't arrive for ages and eventually arrived in a broken box. They wanted me to pay for it to be shipped back to China and when I said no they offered £3 compensation instead of the £17.99. As others have said, they just create a chat loop to wear you out and time out. Paypal did settle themselves but wouldn't claim back from the seller so they got away with it. Joke of a company.

JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED IS A TOTAL SCAM. I ordered two pair of reading glasses and an iphone case on July 21/2020. They create a chat loop, if you are lucky they answer. Saddest part PAYPAL have received lots of complaints and reports about this JINZHOU scam and continues to intermediate transactions with their clients. They change their publicity almost everyday, you buy, they keep your money and don't send any product. I NEED MY MONEY BACK PAY PAL.

They make a loop in communication to tire you out, and reach the limits of Pay Pal reclamation date. There are lots of people having the same type of scam. They charge your credit card for the amount of your purchase and then begin telling you any kind of BS, NICE WAY TO STEALING YOUR MONEY AND GET AWAY WITH IT. "ATTENTION PAY PAL"

Within an hour of placing the order I received notification from my bank that this site may be fraudulent. Within 2 hours I notified the company that I was cancelling the order and also let Paypal know my order was cancelled. In the next 24 hours, I sent and responded to 11 emails from the company, telling them not to complete the order as it cancelled it and also cancelled my credit card.
I now have received a bill from Paypal asking for payment of $106.94. TO DATE I HAVE RECEIVED NO MERCHANDISE. TRANSACTION ID-55S203032K8680401.

This I could overlook but I ordered on may 20, and received on July 7, 2020 and received only a white plastic envelope with 14 feet inside. No instructions. No case. Only 14 items. This envelope came from Mary in Jamacia, NY 11434 so she may have rec'd my package and accidentally opened it and then was kind enough to send it to me. Please see if you can find the instructions for these presser feet otherwise they are useless and I would like to get my money back that I paid thru pay pal. Thank you in advance.
