I ordered a poor quality product. First they tried charging me for 3 products and I only ordered one. It took weeks to get the credit for the two overcharged. Then it took 24 emails to get the product to me. It was of very poor quality so I returned unused in original packaging. It took weeks to get an address to return hose and now it’s been weeks and I have not received a credit.

I ordered the product based on a search on the internet for best spray nozzle. This web site came up with a bunch of other well known brands. I placed the order and got confirmation of the order but have not gotten any tracking. The website appears to be in German.

Placed order for a jethose attachment, for my garden hose, on May 24th 2026. Shipping times posted for US delivery says 7-12 days. Today is June 7th! Can get no sensible answer from these people
