May 30 - 2026 I did not order the product JetHose. The QR code came up on my TV so I was just viewing it. Looks like they charged me for 4 products. I immediately got a notification from my credit card company saying they declined the $228.56 on my card, yet it still went through.

I emailed the company and asked them to cancel the order because I didn't order it. Never confirmed payment or anything. This was a few days later. They said they couldn't cancel because they had already sent it. It had not been sent and has never arrived as of July 21, 2026.

I have cancelled my card. But this is a total scam.

I tried to purchase 1 of their jet hoses. I was charged for 3 with a warranty added to the cost. The total for this was almost $200. I immediately contacted my credit card company and explained what happened. They refunded my purchase price. While trying to return the product, I was not given a return address. This occurred after asking 3 times. This is not a way to do business.
