We were using fb marketplace to sell cabinets...person contacted me & would only pay via Zelle, not cash. They sent me Wells Fargo confirmation stating $300 was sent but then Zelle said it could not go thru unless $500 add'l was added and would be refunded but because it was our first time using it, this was necessary. We called police who said it's a scam. Zelle sent notice to us to verify identity or they will not send money which we did not do obviously. The person sent confirmation via Wells Fargo to which I also contacted and they want me to email the screenshot of this transaction.
