I ordered 2 dresses in March 2026. The color, size and fabric was horribly misrepresented. It took several attempts to contact them for a return address. I paid $28.00 to return the items to Yinzhou district China. It arrived per my tracking yet has been sitting in customs since mid April. I again reached out demanding my money back. They have not responded. I believe it was a fake return address and they are out to make a quick buck posing as a reputable American storefront.

The shoes don’t fit. I can mail them back to China or donate them and receive a 10% refund to my credit card. I objected to this policy and they offered me 20%. That’s $14 on a $70 purchase.

I saw the Jennifer and John ad on Facebook and thought it was legit. I ordered shoes for a wedding from Jennifer and John Charleston that cost 100.00. It’s now a month later and no shoes and I’ve had no contact from this company. I’ve been scammed.

The item took weeks to be delivered to find out that it came from China not the use.

No tags on the dress and the item was horrendous. Pure quality, faded - I wouldn't give this dress away and i paid $60.

You call customer service and you get a recording to send an email No response to email after several attempts.
