on YouTube observed Julian Michaels jelly Lean gummies, later found out after purchasing and product arriving, it was only a scam. I lost, call my bank, and now I've learned how to check... Sincerely, unfortunate elderly individual

They sell a product online which does not arrive. When I attempted to contact customer service, I waited 45 minutes for an offshore person who said they were experiencing delays. I tried their support email. No response. This appears to be a scam.

Many video's are now AI generated targeting people with false ads or products. I became a target by the lack of attention to the false video and made a purchase of Jelly Lean from JellyLean.com. When my payment information went thru, I had a bad feeling and immediately requested a refund, contacted my CC company to stop payment and locked my credit card which I will be replacing. Do NOT purchase Jelly Lean, it is a false product. Even the reviews on the site seemed real, they are NOT. I even reached out to a famous celebrity and I Thank God she replied and told me to report this to save others from this scam. Thank you Jillian!

I saw ad on line with Jillian Michaels Trainor advertisng these supplements from JellyLean.com. I made order but as I read it made me feel uncomfortable. I requested order to be cancelled so they did refund the $312.38. Now it was still delivered to me so I called to let them know and asked them to provide information to return this as It was supposed to be cancelled. I was told I have to return it and pay for it to be returned and told they will take $ back. She was very nasty on phone and refused to let me speak to a mgr. She told me she didn't have time to repeat herself. I had to cancel my Credit Card due to this and paying for a new 1 to be express delivered as I am a single home owner and don't want to be without. Now I have to see if I can afford to even send i back and feel very nervous as I don't trrust them and they now have my address. Iv it looks to good to be true..IT IS! Please advise me on what to do.
