Received a bunk product that I paid $96.21. I emailed for a refund, the link they sent me only offered a refund of $69 and expected me to pay my own postage ($11). I emailed them and eventually received a shipping label but they will not even confirm that I will be getting my entire refund. Once I asked when I will receive confirmation, they said I must send the item back before refund process begins. They want me to give my leverage back first.

Since then, they have dropped all professionalism from the conversation. I informed them that their actions are financially predatory towards the same chronically ill people they are targeting for their product. I feel like they are trying to ride out the 30 day refund window and/or trying not to refund me full price whatsoever.
