Ordered from a website that claimed to be JCPenney. This website had clearance items as low as $4.00. I made my selection and placed an order for $47. Tracking took a couple of weeks, but then it began showing movement. The last date on tracking showed it was delivered to my town, and I never received it. I have been communicating with someone by email for about 2 months now, and they keep assuring me my refund will be processed, but as of this date, I have not received anything and probably won't.

I thought I was ordering thru JC Penney's and then when I started checking if my order was coming, the emails came from [email protected]. I was ordering clothes that I thought was Penney's site. They offered me 20% to 80% refund - but I refused. I told them I wanted the money or the order. The last offer was for 80%.

It came up as a JCPenney add for for big savings on Products at low prices I made my Selections and placed my order it came to $57.54 i gave them my bank debit card # and they received payment that was over 6mths ago I thought I got all my Christmas shopping done early for once. Being that I am on disability fifty seven dollars doesn't seem like muchbut it sure does to me. I just hope they don't try to take out more I have to call my bank and make sure they can't take more money out ????

I ordered from clearance at JCPenney, I thought on 10.15.24. When I tracked my items looked like all was coming along thru China. Says it was delivered 11.16.24. I didn't get anything. I chatted with customer service and they said to contact delivery team, and sent me # . When I called it was a local private mover. They don't deliver packages.
