This individual was selling an engine, this engine was to be completed in 1 week and he demanded half the money up front. ($2750) After sending the money and almost a week went by i asked for photos as he is about 3hrs away. The photos i received did not match the description of what i was purchasing. This individual then took another 2 weeks to make the appropriate changes to the engine, then i asked for proof/photos and he was unable to provide this, so at that time i asked for my money back as there was no evidence this engine was even real. This individual agreed to send my money back and has given me 3 separate dates, all of which he failed to do so by and also during this time, removed his add from online, and blocked my phone number.
