I was sold a e scooter that had defective parts and it only ran for 2 weeks after i bought it. And with numerous attempts to contact the company. I didnt get a reply until 30 days after purchasing the scooter. What my refund date passed so i couldnt get my money back. And for the next year i was strung along about getting replacement parts and they stalled by only replying once every 3 months and always said send videos of what it was doing. Now that the parts warranties are up they tell me there talking to their attorneys. And Amazon refused to do anything about it since i received the product
