This person contacted me in need of a reroof on a property they just bought. I went through my SOP and measured the roof and put an estimate together for the property. When I went to the property, it is vacant and there is a realtor sign in the yard. I tried calling the number on the sign to try and verify some information. I looked up on the assessors website for our county who owned the property. NOT "Javier". This person even signed my roof contract. He said he wanted to pay via CC or ACH. I did not send him a payment link and no services, besides my time, were rendered.
