They say I owe them, for a loan that I don't recall making. And now they are threatening to have me arrested, if I don't pay them. I've asked them for verification that I made that loan and they won't supply it. I need this taken care of somehow, I'm 60 years old and live by myself on a fixed income. Can you help please?
