I received a text from a postal worker from Beverly, Massachusetts. The postal worker sent a text saying the address was wrong & they were going to return to the sender. Researched & read other people had packages sent from this address & there were wigs.

I received a package via USPS with 20 pairs of Bomba socks. I did not place this order.

- Watertown, WI, USA

Received a postal package, a fake Carhartt jacket, from Jane at 371 Little Falls Rd STE 4, Cedar Grove, NJ, 07009, thought it was a xmas gift sent by family member, however no family members sent it. Am concerned that it had my husbands name, phone number on outside of package, and the size was correct. Looked up this address on google, and there was no information about this being a business. Then googled address and saw that others received junk packages from this address as well and one link sent me to the ScamPulse.com site to report it.

- Shakopee, MN, USA

Received a random package in the mail with no note - a small box containing a beaded/braided bracelet with a picture of my mother in the package printed on a small piece of paper with a (?) product number.

- Joplin, MO, USA

I received a package from a company, from which I did not order.

- Pequea, PA, USA

My credit card was charged. But I did not order product.

- Fort Pierre, SD, USA

Ordered Bombas socks from Facebook ad. Charges to my card were from Streetrading of Singapore. Items took 6 weeks to arrive. Mailed from New Jersey. Each item is labeled “not for resale.” Bombas confirmed this was a fraudulent site.

- Grovetown, GA, USA

On Dec 18 I reported receiving a package I did not order from this company. I learned today, December 20, 2023, that a friend ordered the item from Amazon as a surprise gift for me, a reindeer pajama outfit. So this was a legitimate order. It just came from this vender Jane who offered the PJs for sale on Amazon.

- Grovetown, GA, USA

I unexpectantly received a reindeer pajama outfit at my home address on 12/18/23. I have never heard of this person or organization before receiving the package. I have not used any unknown Websites to make any orders.

- Newport News, VA, USA

Received a package in the mail. Inside was a shirt of some type in a plastic bag, in my size (3X), and with a lion or leopard on the front. Do not believe I have been charged, nor did I order anything like this. The mailing lab says "Please contact seller BEFORE Reject/Return." There is a code on the package, but when I read it I get nothing. Decided I would just mail it back and when I Googled Jane's address, discovered that this part of a scam. I was not contacted by telephone or by email address.

I received a package in the mail with a hideous shirt in it that I did not order. I ordered two items from ************** Store. I have no idea what happened to what I ordered and was charged for. I have no idea how this Jane outfit got my name and address. ****** ********* ************

This company/sender named “Jane” send me a random pair of little girls flats that I didn’t order. Read up on them after googling “Jane” and the address that they sent it from and saw that others had reported the same thing where they received a random item from this scammer that they had never ordered.. total scam, beware!!

- Granbury, TX, USA

I got home & there was a gray package on my porch with three items inside. I was expecting a delivery from my mom & assumed this was the item. I opened the package & inside was 3 individual packages of cylinder, metal containers with hooks. I called my mom to ask what the items were & she quickly stated she didn’t send. I traced the package by address & noticed that this is a scam that continues to happen. Please assist

In early December I ordered two pairs of sneakers from a site called JOYSONES.

While waiting for delivery, I got a package with the return address “JANE, 371 Little Falls Rd, Suite 4, Cedar Grove NJ 07009.” It contained two pairs of ugly suede loafers. There was no receipt or bill of lading or return label. I hadn’t ordered them and wondered how they got my name and address.

I Googled the return address and found that a lot of other people reported a similar account.

That evening I got an email from JOYSONES that my shoes had been delivered. The package from JANE was my only delivery.

I emailed JOYSONES that I got the wrong shoes and included a picture.

They replied, “Dear Customer,
We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. As each item is customized / handmade, it may look slightly different from the picture. Your concern is understandable, and I appreciate you reaching out to me.
For your situation, we can offer two proposals:
1. you keep item and we refund 10% of it.
2. we sent you a 40 % discount code that you can use in the future.
Please let us know within 3 days. Thank you for your patience!”

I assume that “unsolicited” packages from JANE are actually orders from JOYSONES with whatever they feel like substituting for your actual order.

- Oakville, CT, USA

received a package in the mail from Jane for a cheap necklace never ordered. No cards were charged just sending fake jewelry using my name/address

- Whitestone, NY, USA

I had purchased a jacket that I thought it was from( The North Face) I ordered the jacket in a large, they sent me 2XL . I sent them an email stating that I wanted to return the jacket or get a refund. They sent me an email saying that the item runs small so they sent me a larger size. If I wanted a refund, I would have to send back the jacket and I would have to pay for the shipping. That was unacceptable, i’m not paying for their mistake. Then they sent me an email saying they would send me 25% back and I could keep the jacket. What good is the jacket if I can’t wear it? It is two sizes too big. So far I have not received anything, I don’t think I will. This was definitely a scam.
